What We Do

Diverse Works offers training to organisations seeking to strengthen cultural competence. Cultural competence refers to your capacity, both as a professional and as an organisation, to work with culturally diverse clients. It is inclusive of knowledge, attitudes, skills, professional practice and service system responses that allow for organisations and staff to work effectively in cross cultural settings.
